Operations
AbelConn, LLC’s Quality and Delivery Performance are second to none in the industry. With On time Delivery at 98% to 99% month after month and our quality level measured by our customers in the ppm range we pride ourselves in being a partner that you can count on time after time.
We have a large selection of connector and backplane assembly technologies to fulfill a wide variety of product requirements.
Where we really set ourselves apart is in our responsiveness. Many of our business processes have been reengineered to define and optimize critical paths. Whether it is a new product launch or a quick turn of an existing product, we pride ourselves in turning the supply chain upside down to meet your requirements. With many of our customers we are integrated directly into their operations and their design processes. Our Engineering Staff is dedicated to providing creative cost effective technical solutions for your product designs while meeting your performance criteria. Our Engineering Team coordinates all aspects of the engineering disciplines to aid you in the design, test and shipment of cost effective quality products when you need them. Our concurrent Engineering integrates not only Engineering disciplines but also involves AbelConn, LLC., Material and Production groups to assure we have a smooth transition to final production. Years of experience have taught us that manufacturing costs and time can both be reduced while improving product quality when we utilize the principles of DFMA.
AbelConn, LLC is a highly vertically integrated organization allowing us to design, manufacture, assemble, test and ship a wide variety of custom/standard molded connector products and PWBs for the military and commercial avionics industries.
